North Liberty Bike Swap

Hosted by The City of North Liberty and Sugar Bottom Bikes, The North Liberty Bike Swap is a one-day event held on February 24th in North Liberty, IA that connects the community with cycling stuff to sell with people who want to buy it. 2023 was our first year and we saw a huge turnout of over 500 attendees. For 2024 we will be using the entire downstairs which will more than double the amount of space we had in 2023. Expect to see vendors ranging from local bike shops to enthusiasts looking to unload their old gear, to local events and organizations looking to spread the word about themselves!
GENERAL ADMISSION
Admission is free to anyone and everyone. Just show up, walk in, and shop some awesome bike stuff! Make sure to show up early before all the good stuff gets picked over! Bring multiple forms of payment including cash, check, venmo, paypal, etc. There is an ATM near the front desk.
VENDOR INFO
Early vendor registration begins December 1st 2024.
Interested in being a vendor? Whether you're a bike shop, an enthusiast, a racer, an artist, an organization, or an event, as long as its cycling related we want you here! Admission for Vendors is FREE as well! We do ask that you only register if you are 100% committed to coming. Vendor space includes a 3'ish X 8'ish foot table and chairs unless more or less space is requested. Bike sales and demos are welcome as well (Bike Shop Vendors Max Space = 2 tables and space for 8 Bikes)
New vendors will only be guaranteed one 3 X 8' Spot. Please request how much you space you would like, and hopefully we will be able to accomodate everyone. Vendors returning from 2023 and/or will be guaranteed at least the same amount of space they had from previous years.
For maximum success be prepared to take paypal, venmo, and/or cash. We recommend printing off a QR code linking to venmo and/or paypal for easy payment.
*Vendors/Exhibitors must register & have a designated spot reserved to attend. Please do not just show up with stuff to sell! Thank you :-)

BIKE SELLERS
Selling a Bike or Bikes?
All Bikes for sale at the bike swap will be placed in the Bike Corral.
You will need to print off a form for each bike you are selling and attach the form to your bike.
Bike Sellers are responsible for supplying their own form of displaying their bike/bikes (kickstand/rack/display stand, etc.)
Bike sellers are responsible for meeting up with potential buyers to arrange test rides, etc.
There will be no one affiliated with the Bike Swap watching/policing the Bike Corral area, leave bikes unattended at your own risk.
All bikes for sale MUST go to the Bike Corral, exhibitors will not be able to display bikes at their table.
You do not need to have a table to bring a bike to the Bike Corral, but you must fill out the registration form below to confirm space in the Bike Corral.
